Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Snapzio collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit snapzio.app, create an account, upload product materials or use our AI campaign tools.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image and authentication identifier when you sign in with Google or email.
  • Product content you provide, including uploaded images, reference images, product facts, campaign instructions and generated outputs.
  • Workspace and transaction records, including projects, generation status, credit balance and subscription or invoice metadata. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Snapzio.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, security logs, feature interactions and error diagnostics.
  • Messages you send to support, feedback forms or other communications with us.

2. How we use information

  • Provide authentication, private workspaces, product analysis, campaign planning, image generation, storage, downloads and customer support.
  • Process credits, subscriptions and service communications.
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain service reliability.
  • Understand aggregate product usage and improve Snapzio. We do not sell your personal information.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI processing and service providers

To perform a request, Snapzio may send the minimum necessary account or content data to service providers acting on our behalf. Depending on enabled features, these providers may include:

  • Google for sign-in; Resend for transactional email; Neon for database hosting; Cloudflare R2 for private object storage; and Vercel for application hosting.
  • OpenRouter and the model provider selected through OpenRouter for product-image understanding and structured analysis.
  • fal.ai processes reference images and generation instructions using Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro), or OpenAI GPT Image 1.5 for selected legacy templates. Waffo Prompt Screening API receives text prompts for safety checks before generation; this endpoint does not retain the original prompt text.
  • Google Analytics 4 for page views and product events, plus Waffo Pancake (and Stripe for existing subscriptions) for billing and PostHog or Sentry for product analytics and error monitoring, when those integrations are enabled.

4. Legal bases and your choices

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, support and service improvement. You can decline optional analytics where a consent control is offered, but essential authentication and security technologies are required to operate the service.

5. Storage, retention and deletion

Product materials and generated outputs are private by default. We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and afterwards only as reasonably necessary for service, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. You may delete available content in the product or request account and data deletion by emailing hello@snapzio.app. Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups until they expire.

6. Cookies and authentication

We use essential cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in, protect forms and preserve workspace state. Google and other enabled providers may set their own cookies under their policies. Optional analytics may use additional identifiers when enabled.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport and private signed asset URLs. No online system is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email hello@snapzio.app to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

9. Children

Snapzio is a business service intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@snapzio.app.
