Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Snapzio for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account and all activity performed through it.

2. The service

Snapzio helps ecommerce sellers create, edit and manage product images through third-party AI providers. Features may be released as beta, changed or discontinued. Availability, generation time and model behavior may vary.

The current image studio uses Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (also known as Nano Banana Pro) through fal.ai. Selected legacy image templates use OpenAI GPT Image 1.5, also accessed through fal.ai. Snapzio combines these models with product-preservation prompts and an ecommerce editing workflow. Model names identify the technology used and do not imply provider endorsement. Outputs are AI-generated; video generation is not currently a public service.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in product images, logos, instructions and other content you upload. You grant Snapzio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform and send that content to service providers only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the requested service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to use the content and to depict any people, brands or property it contains.

4. AI outputs and seller responsibility

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for a marketplace. You must review product shape, color, labels, claims, people and platform requirements before publishing. Snapzio provides prompts and workflow controls designed to improve product fidelity, but does not guarantee an exact or policy-compliant result. You are responsible for final advertising claims and use of every output.

5. Ownership of outputs

As between you and Snapzio, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party provider terms, Snapzio does not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically from your request. AI output may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, and we do not guarantee exclusivity or non-infringement.

6. Acceptable use

The following seven categories are prohibited in prompts, uploads, image creation, editing, storage and public shares. The linked Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. You must also avoid fraud, unlawful advertising, security interference, unauthorized access resale and unverified product claims.

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, exposed sexual body parts, fetish content or sexualized nudity. Adult-content generation is prohibited.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, bloody or dismembered bodies, glorification of violence or threats against a person.
• Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, discrimination or incitement to violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual depiction, exploitation or sexualization of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive depictions of real people, misuse of someone’s identity or fabricated endorsements without authorization.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): intimate or sexual depictions of a person without consent, including synthetic images, sexual deepfakes and undressing transformations.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, logos or brands, counterfeit product assets, or infringement of intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

6.1 Content checks, reporting and enforcement

Uploaded materials: we validate supported image formats, file size, workspace permissions and file integrity where applicable. Uploads remain private unless you explicitly share them. The operator reviews uploaded or generated material identified by a report or suspected violation. Automated file validation does not classify the visual content of every upload.

Generation requests: we use the Waffo Prompt Screening API before real image generation. Editable text is checked before studio jobs are created, and the final prompt is checked before calling the image model. We proceed only after a valid approval; rejected requests, requests requiring review and unavailable checks stop generation.

Generated images: reference images and outputs are subject to the image provider’s safety controls. We honor provider rejections and withhold returned outputs marked as unsafe. Operator review of reported content supplements these controls; automated checks can make mistakes.

Reports and enforcement: email hello@snapzio.app with the content URL or task/asset ID and the reason for your report. The operator reviews the relevant content and records. Confirmed violations lead to rejection of requests, deletion or removal of offending material, revocation of public share links, and restrictions or termination under section 10 of the Terms of Service, as appropriate. We notify the reporter or affected user using the contact details provided, and review appeals sent to the same address.

A rejection before job creation does not reserve credits. If a later safety check rejects a job, its reserved credits are released under the failed-job rules. Do not attempt to bypass checks or use the service for terrorism, criminal facilitation or fraudulent advertising.

7. Credits, subscriptions and payment

Paid features may use subscriptions or prepaid credits. The price, included credits, renewal period and any applicable expiration or refund terms are shown at purchase. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value and are not transferable unless stated otherwise. Failed jobs are handled according to the credit rules shown in the product. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Third-party services

Snapzio relies on providers including Google, OpenRouter, downstream model providers, fal.ai, Cloudflare, Neon, Vercel, Resend and, when enabled, Stripe, PostHog and Sentry. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Snapzio is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Snapzio intellectual property

The Snapzio name, logo, software, interface, templates, workflows and documentation are owned by Snapzio or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the service itself.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, material breach or protection of users and providers. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export available content.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapzio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Snapzio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Before filing a formal claim, please contact hello@snapzio.app so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Snapzio operator, subject to mandatory rights in your place of residence.
